HOW IT WORKS
We are open to the public for a limited number of sessions daily (typically starting at 9:30am, 11:15am, 1:00pm and 2:45pm, Monday through Saturday). Each session runs for 1.5 hours (90 minutes). You are free to enter at any time during your allocated session, however we recommend you arrive in time for the session start (if possible) so your child has the maximum opportunity to enjoy his/her visit.
During your visit, we kindly ask all visitors to respect our City Rules. These rules help ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.
All visitors are required to leave the museum at the conclusion of their chosen session - even if they have not been there for a full 1.5 hours.
There is a short break in between sessions so that our team can reset and restore our exhibits for the next group of visitors to enjoy. We kindly ask that you help our team (and respect the next set of visitors) by leaving our facility promptly during this changeover. Please also ensure that any Interaxcity property is left behind.
Pre-bookings of sessions are not mandatory but are highly recommended to avoid disappointment at the door. We operate with strict visitor limits across each session for health/safety reasons and to maximise the enjoyment of all visitors. We cannot make any exceptions to these limits.
Even if you do not wish to book online, we recommend that you visit our online booking service to check whether the session you wish to attend still has spaces available or if we are closed for a private function. Please note that any visitor availability for a session is subject to change (especially during peak periods) and any visitors without a confirmed booking may not be eligible for entry at the door.
